WHO IS BACK ON TRACK FOR?
◊ This program was designed for anyone who is starting from scratch and looking to improve their mobility and overall quality of life. Follow the workouts the way I have laid them out for you and track your progress as you improve without risking injury or extreme fatigue.
HOW LONG IS THIS PROGRAM?
◊ Back On Track is a four week program that will ease your transition from a complete beginner to a more active and healthy lifestyle.
WHAT DIFFICULTY ARE THE WORKOUTS
◊ The workouts are designed specifically to minimize the risk of injury or strain on the body that will hinder the next scheduled workout. Each day is meant to challenge you but not overwhelm you!
Q+A SESSIONS WITH MITCH
◊ Included for you to take advantage of even once you have completed the program. Monthly Q+A sessions for you to ask Mitch anything regarding improving your lifestyle and getting back on track.
45 EXERCISE TUTORIALS
◊ Be guided through each exercise one by one while I demonstrate the correct movements and techniques that maximize mobility and minimize the risk of injury!
DAILY WORKOUT MANAGEMENT
◊ You will recieve a daily email for the duration of the four week program that will contain your workout for the day, as well as a bit of motivation and other important health information – Such as meal suggestions, healthy how to’s, and many more extras!
