This little modification to the pull up can be done using anything like a belt, or an old taped up towel like shown in the video. The unbalanced hand positioning is going to increase the weight load on the opposite hand and increase the power requirement on that side. I love this variation for my clients who have somewhat plateau’d with this exercise and need a bit more of a challenge. Thanks for watching and please share if you have found this video useful!
